Beth-Tikva, House of hope
Beth-Tikva, the "House of Hope," serves a vital sanctuary for underprivileged children in Haiti, offering refuge from gang violence and famine. Thanks to generous supporters, this haven provides safety, comfort, and renewed hope. Within its nurturing walls, children dream, play in a vibrant playground, and find peace among blossoming flowers fruit trees. At Beth-Tikva, love, learning, stability thrive, empowering every child to envision a future despite their past challenges.

At Beth-Tikva, we are proud to introduce the heart of our community, Bill Fonderson Venant. His unwavering commitment to serving our children knows no bounds, and his love and dedication make a significant difference in their lives. Here he is with our youngest members: from left to right, meet Zazou, his brother Sebby, and William. Together, they the spirit of joy and growth that defines our house.

At the family table, all eyes are on the little ones. He Manes, one of the volunteers, gently feeds Sebby, ensuring that he feels cherished and cared for during mealtime Laughter and warmth fill the air as everyone enjoys this special moment together. It’s a beautiful reminder of the love that surrounds us all.

On the ways to school
Mrs. Marie-Clarine gathers everyone on the way to school for a moment of prayer, reminding the kids to behave so they can return home safe and sound. Her nurturing presence highlights the vital role a woman plays in any household. While she connects with everyone, she particularly looks after the girls the little ones, ensuring they feel supported and cared for. Her dedication is an invaluable asset to the community.



Gino are making the school Uniforms
Gino is a dedicated member of the Beth-Tikva staff, always eager to assist with their homework. From July to August, he goes the extra mile by creating uniforms for each child, ensuring they proud and united as part of the community. His commitment to their growth and well-being makes a significant impact on their lives.

David Elie
David Elie and his wife, Marie-Clarine, are dedicated teachers who have made a significant impact Beth-Tikva. Mr. Elie is a father figure the 25 kids in at Beth-Tikva, especially to Sebby and Zazou. While Zazou has developed a deep affection for his little brother, and both children have formed a strong bond with David, appreciating his loving presence. His nurturing presence creates a safe and loving environment for all the kids.
