About INHO
Investing in Human Development
INHO (Investing in Human Development Charity / Bienfaisance Investir Dans le Développement Humain) is a Canadian not‑for‑profit organization based in Pierrefonds, Quebec, dedicated to nurturing the full dignity, potential, and resilience of vulnerable children and families in Haiti. Rooted in compassion and guided by a deep belief that every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive, INHO works hand‑in‑hand with local communities to build pathways toward brighter futures.
Founded in 2019, INHO has grown into a dynamic force for hope—one that does not simply promote ideas, but actively organizes, leans in, and delivers programs that change lives. Through education sponsorships, nutrition initiatives, healthcare support, and community development projects, the organization empowers children and youth in underserved neighborhoods and remote areas, where opportunities are often scarce and daily challenges immense. INHO’s work reflects a simple but powerful conviction: education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and unlocking a future filled with possibility.

Mission
INHO invests in human development through four core pillars:
• Education Sponsorship
Providing scholarships, school supplies, and access to quality learning—including languages, computer programming, climate science, and cultural studies—to help young people build strong foundations for the future.
• Nutrition Programs
Ensuring children have access to nutritious meals so they can learn, play, and grow with dignity and energy.
• Healthcare Support
Offering mobile clinics, dental care, and health screenings to children and families who would otherwise go without essential medical services.
• Community Development
Supporting sustainable agriculture, reforestation, youth activities, and local capacity‑building—strengthening communities from within and promoting long‑term resilience.

Our Commitment
INHO exists to break the cycle of poverty by investing in the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Every program is designed to uplift children and youth so they can become healthy, educated, confident, and self‑reliant members of society. More than a charity, INHO is a school of life: a place where young people discover their potential, cultivate discipline and hope, and learn to become leaders who will help rebuild a stronger Haiti.
Together—with supporters, partners, and communities—we are planting seeds of opportunity that will bear fruit for generations.
