Our Projects
Since 2019, INHO has supported children, families, and young adults in Haiti. Despite the rise of gang violence that has forced many NGOs to reduce their activities, we refuse to abandon our mission. Today, our main efforts focus on Beth Tikva, a safe home created by INHO for children fleeing gang threats and exploitation. Life in Beth Tikva stands in total contrast to the hatred, extortion, and abuse many minors face. It offers protection, stability, and the chance to grow with dignity. Beth Tikva is proof that hope can survive even in the darkest times — and INHO remains committed to protecting every child we can. As gang violence begins to diminish, we aim to welcome more children in need and resume our core programs, including our food program, mobile clinic, goat farm, and other initiatives that strengthen families and communities.
Clinic Semi-mobile
The mobile clinic is vital because it brings medical care directly to children and families who cannot reach a hospital. In many areas affected by poverty or insecurity, it is the only access to consultations, medicines, and preventive care. For many children, the mobile clinic is the difference between untreated illness and real, life‑saving support.

Farming
The farming program is essential because it teaches young people how to produce their own food and build long‑term stability. Feeding hungry families is important, but true change comes when communities gain the skills to feed themselves. Through goat farming and modern agricultural training, INHO helps youth move from dependence to independence — creating a future where families can stand on their own.

Food program
The food program is essential because many children in Haiti simply do not have enough to eat. With food prices rising beyond what families can afford, parents are often unable to feed their children even one proper meal a day. INHO’s food program fills this urgent gap by providing daily nourishment to the most vulnerable. Feeding hungry children is necessary — but our long‑term goal is to help families regain the ability to feed their own children with dignity.
